It lands in the order desk's inbox with the original. They sort out what's flagged, confirm with one click and reply in the same chat.
The customer sees every step
Received, with the order desk, confirmed. On delivery day the customer sees how many stops are left before theirs and roughly when the truck will arrive. Proof of delivery once it has been delivered.

How do we start?

How is this different from TOPO OrderSnap?
TOPO OrderSnap works at your order desk: your team captures each order, whatever the format, and AI completes it. TOPO NEXT moves the first step to your customer, who uploads the PO on their own order page and can follow it to their door.
Does it replace our ERP?
Not in one go. TOPO NEXT takes over one module at a time, and each one is proven side by side with what you run today before anything switches over, starting with pricing. Orders keep going into your current ERP until a module switches over.
Can we see a demo?
Yes. Ask us and we will walk you through it on fictional data: a PO going from the customer's order page through the order desk, a delivery being followed, and how the pricing replay names a reason for each difference.
Does the AI change orders or prices by itself?
No. AI reads and checks; a person on your team confirms every order. AI doesn't quote new prices, approve credits or change an order on its own.
How does the delivery estimate work?
It is worked out from the truck's remaining stops on its run, not from GPS. The customer sees the status, how many stops are before theirs and roughly when it will arrive, and the estimate moves as stops are completed.
